Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll arrange collection. Return courier charges apply unless the item was faulty.

Jewelry and hair accessories can be exchanged but not refunded for hygiene reasons.
